Timothy L. Van Eman
Tim Van Eman has focused his entire legal career on fighting for the injured and the families of wrongful death victims. For more than three decades, he has helped clients pursue rightful compensation in injury and malpractice cases, with a proven record of results. This includes many successful trials and numerous multimillion-dollar damage awards. Mr. Van Eman also provides aggressive advocacy for financial fraud victims in litigation against financial institutions and stockbrokers.
Thomas W. Trimble
Tom Trimble offers skilled representation to people injured by the negligence or wrongdoing of others. Since 1983, he has helped hundreds of people obtain proper compensation and won a number of multimillion-dollar cases. Mr. Trimble worked for a major car insurance company early in his career and has particular knowledge of insurance issues, including insurance bad faith claims. He is a graduate of Capital University Law School.
Kathy A. Dougherty
Kathy Dougherty uses her background as a medical professional to provide effective representation to clients in personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Before graduating from The Ohio State University College of Law, she obtained a degree in nursing and worked in the health care field for many years. Like others in our firm, Ms. Dougherty has a proven track record of successful cases, including many multimillion-dollar settlements.
William W. Lamkin
Mr. Lamkin founded our firm in 1968 and has helped many injured people obtain compensation in cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and other matters. He has had many multimillion-dollar cases over the years and is now of counsel to the firm.
